im studying enology and from my perspective of an "expert" you did the safest thing you could possibly do without contracting aids or some shit, to put flavours in use juices or syrups but dont let them ferment with the hooch as that will probably poison you if done incorrectly

i fermented coffee in lemons and now i test positive for bbc[neutralplier]

in this one I substituted some (not all) of the sugar for brown sugar and honey, I'm hoping this will give it a more palatable flavor o algo.

This is medical grade compared to actual prison hooch doebeit. Maybe one day I'll stop being an SLF and get actual equipment and try making liquor that actually tastes good

Fruit makes trace amounts of methanol no matter what but I've decided against fermenting it regardless because I'm not tryna drink a moldy apple dissolved in bootleg sugar wine
